What to expect

• Initial contact via telephone with a screening questionnaire and an appointment being scheduled.
• Establish risk of our patient accordingly.
• A Medical History form will be sent out to you before the appointment. This must be completed before the appointment
• Payment maybe taken before the appointment over the phone.

• When our patient arrives, they must wait outside and call the practice and not enter the premises unless told to do so. This allows social distancing within the building.
• On arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff, you will be asked to wait in the porch, where you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser, temperature checks will be taken and confirmation of Covid risk assessment.
• Once screening has been completed, the patient will be escorted into the surgery where treatment will be carried out. 
• We will aim to carry out ALL treatment in one visit so there should be no need for several appointments.

Please do not be alarmed when you are greeted by our friendly staff. We will have already put our Personal Protection Equipment on and may look scary with our Respiratory masks. Rest assured, we will still provide high quality dental care under these difficult circumstances!
