Appointments are strictly by invitation only. We unfortunately will have to turn you away if you attend unannounced.

We are prioritising emergencies only. Non urgent appointments will be scheduled in due course.
If you are an existing patient and are due a routine check up, please bear with us. We will be in contact with you to arrange this shortly. Do not worry we have not forgotten about you!
If you are a new patient, we will only be able to see you for emergencies only at this point in time. This will be strictly on a private basis.
We are operating under a limited service at this moment in time. We will only carry out non - Aerosol Generating Procedures (AGPs)
AGPs are defined as tiny particles that are created by our drills and ultrasonic handpieces. If you require one of these procedures, we will be able to direct and refer as necessary to the closest hub.
Although we have the setup to operate AGPs with our strict and robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per NHS, FGDP and BDA guidelines; we at DL Dental feel that in the interest of the safety for everyone, we have taken a pragmatic approach and decided to not offer AGPs due to the lack of evidence available at this moment in time.
We at DL Dental have gone above and beyond what is accepted by our regulatory bodies for non-AGP treatment and would not risk anything more in light of this pandemic.
In accordance with our SOP, we have taken steps to limit one patient in the building at any one given time (exceptions are made if a carer or parent is required). In addition to this, we will be leaving at least 30 minutes between appointments for a thorough disinfection and deep clean. This means that we will be limited to only six patients per day. We will attempt to prioritise appointments according to urgency. We hope you can work ith us and for your understanding of our decision.
Our first appointments of the day will be reserved for patients who fall into the vulnerable or shielded category to better safeguard them.
